I’m a recreational cyclist, living on the idyllic California Central Coast, who gets out on the bike as often as possible and sometimes from the comfort of my home on the rollers. I invite you to follow along as I post random thoughts about biking, products, and my rides. The genesis of this site, inspired by an article I read — “Why We Do What We Do,” in a Bicycle Times Magazine about a cyclist, Beth Puliti and her photo blog. Beth’s blog chronicles her rides and links to stories she’s written. Her site made me realize I don’t see the true beauty that surrounds us while I’m out riding. So, I’ve decided to slow down on my rides and keep an eye out for picturesque moments.
